COMPANY SWISS STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak
Seasoned flour
Bacon fat
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 c. water

Cut meat in serving pieces. Dredge with seasoned flour; brown in bacon fat. Remove meat from pan. Combine mushroom soup and onion soup mix. Add water to drippings and stir up brown residue. Add to soup mixture. Put meat back in pan and add gravy. Cook 4 hours at 275 degrees. May add a can of sliced mushrooms to the gravy.
