MUSHROOM - TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 can mushroom or celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can (7 oz.) tuna, drained & flaked
1 c. cooked peas or green beans
1 1/4 c. crumbled potato chips

Blend soup and milk; stir in tuna, peas and 1 cup potato chips. Spoon into 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle top with remaining potato chips. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 3-4.
