FRENCH SILK PIE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 (2 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 (8 inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust

In mixer bowl, cream butter; gradually add sugar, creaming until light. Blend in chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating 3 minutes after each addition, on medium speed of electric mixer. Turn into pastry shell. Chill several hours. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls, if desired.
