STUFFED FRENCH BREAD | |
1 large loaf French bread 16 oz. (2 pkg.) cream cheese (room temperature) 1 c. mayo 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced 1/3 c. fresh parsley, chopped 1 (7 oz.) pkg. Italian salad dressing mix 1 (2 1/4 oz.) jar chopped dried beef Slice the bread lengthwise and remove inside dough. Combine all remaining ingredients and mix well. Fill the hollowed bread with the mixture. Re-assemble the loaf. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 3 hours or until ready to serve. Slice the loaf in 1-inch sections and serve. Serves 12. |
