STRAWBERRY CREAM SQUARE 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry flavored gelatin
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 lg. ripe bananas, finely diced
1 c. sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Add strawberries; stir until thawed. Add pineapple and bananas. Pour half into 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Chill firm. Spread evenly with sour cream. Pour remaining gelatin atop. Chill firm. Cut in 9 squares. Top with sour cream dollops.
