STRAWBERRY CREAM SQUARES 
Dissolve 2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry-flavored gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Add 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries (let thaw out partially beforehand). Stir until thawed. Add 1 (13 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained and 2 large ripe bananas finely diced.

Pour half into 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Chill until firm. Then spread evenly with 1 cup dairy sour cream. Pour remaining gelatin on top. Chill until firm. Cut in 9 squares. Top with sour cream.
