BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. sirloin tips
1 can chopped mushrooms
1 can beef consomme
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion

Chop onion. Saute in butter and oil mixture. Remove onion and brown beef. Add onion, mushrooms, consomme and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add sour cream and continue cooking another 15 minutes. Serve over buttered noodles.
