BEEF MUSHROOM BAKE | |
3 lbs. chuck or sirloin tips (1 inch cubes) 1 env. Lipton onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. dry sherry 1/2 to 1 lb. fresh mushrooms 2 cloves garlic, finely minced Pepper Wash and clean mushrooms. If very large, cut in half. Mix all ingredients in a Dutch oven. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. (Do not flour or brown meat). Serve over rice or noodles. |
