GERMAN PANCAKES 
3 lg. eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. butter

FILLING:

1 can prepared apple pie filling, cherries or blueberries

TOPPING:

Sprinkle with powdered sugar - sifted works well.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Beat eggs, milk, flour and salt until very smooth.

In 12 inch skillet, melt butter. Pour in batter slowly and put skillet in oven. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. (Check pancake after 10 minutes and poke any bubbles forming.) Turn oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 10 minutes. (Check for bubbles and poke them out.)

Pour your choice of filling over pancake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
