GRAMA'S CHOCOLATE JUMBOS 
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. Crisco or butter
3 eggs
4 tbsp. molasses
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. hot water
12 tsp. cocoa
3 c. flour or more

Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Batter should have a somewhat dry consistency. After the 3 cups of flour, add a little at a time to get that consistency. While baking, if the cookies flatten out too much, add a bit more flour to the batter. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 8-12 minutes. Frost when cool.
