CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. German chocolate (or semi-sweet)
Dash of salt
1 c. Karo
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (9 inch) pie shell

Combine eggs and sugar. Blend chocolate and butter that have been melted together. Add salt and nuts. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Do not over bake. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
