Place as many boneless chicken cutlet as you want to serve in a pan lined with tin foil. Sprinkle with minced garlic (optional) and fresh lemon juice. Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of bottled Italian dressing, regular or light over chicken, add a little water to keep them moist. Bake in a 350 degree oven until just done, so that the center of the cutlets will be no longer pink, but they are not getting dried out. This will probably take about 30 minutes. Good with rice as a side dish. |
