HERBED POTATOES 
2 med. baking potatoes
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
2 or 4 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. dried basil, oregano, or tarragon, crushed

Slice potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Arrange potato and onion slices. Combine 4 tablespoons water, butter and herb, pour over vegetables and cook covered with wax paper.
