HERB POTATOES 
12 med. potatoes, cooked with skins and dice (let cool)
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 slices white bread, cubed, no crust
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 c. butter
1 c. corn flakes
3/4 c. milk

Mix first 7 ingredients in bowl; place in 9 x 12 greased glass dish; melt 1 cup butter with 3/4 cup milk; pour over dish of potatoes. Sprinkle 1 cup corn flakes over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
