PARTY MASHED POTATOES 
5 lbs. or 9 lg. potatoes
2 tbsp. onion salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter
Choose garnish with paprika and chopped parsley or shredded cheese

Peel and cook potatoes mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Cool. Spread into buttered 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover and refrigerate or freeze. Top bake dip with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Garnish with paprika and chopped parsley or shredded cheese.
