WELLS & WADE CARROT BREAD | |
2 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 c. oil 2 c. grated carrots 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 3 c. flour 3/4 c. nuts 1 c. coconut (optional) Combine sugar and oil. Add eggs, carrots, pineapple and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and fold into first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Makes 6 mini loaves. |
