HAWAIIAN OATMEAL BREAD 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/3 c. minute oatmeal
2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple & juice
3 c. coconut

Combine eggs and sugar; beat until light. Sift together flour, salt and soda. Add to egg mixture. Blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide into two 9 x 5 x 3 inch greased pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
