HAWAIIAN BREAD 
3 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 1/3 c. coconut

Let stand in a bowl for 15 minutes. 1 1/3 c. white sugar 4 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt Walnuts, optional

Divide mixture into 3 buttered loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
