OKLAHOMA COCONUT POKE CAKE 
Bake a yellow Pillsbury cake with pudding in a 9 x 13 inch pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. As soon as you take the hot cake from the oven, poke holes all over the cake with the end of a wooden spoon and pour over it:

1 whole can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 whole can cream of coconut

When cooled (cool by sitting in refrigerator), frost with a large container Cool Whip. Sprinkle top with coconut. Refrigerate.
