HAWAIIAN PINEAPPLE POKE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple (20 oz.)
1 box (3 3/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. milk
2 c. Cool Whip
Nuts or coconut if desired

Bake cake according to directions using a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool cake, punch holes 2 inches apart (using end of wooden spoon). Pour pineapple and juice over cake. Combine cream cheese, pudding mix and milk; beating until thick. Spread over pineapple, then Cool Whip and nuts if desired.
