CHEESY POTATOES 
48 oz. OreIda hash brown potatoes
1 pt. half & half
2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Thaw and break potatoes up in pieces in 9 x 13 inch pan, salt and pepper. Melt remaining ingredients in a pan and then pour evenly over potatoes. Let set in refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
