PASTA ARRABIATE 
2 pts. heavy cream
1/2 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
1 lb. cooked pasta

Cook heavy cream on a low flame, in a large saute pan until it starts to reduce. Add peppers. Add pasta and butter, stirring and shaking pan until butter just melts. Toss with cheese and serve on a heated platter. Serves 4.
