I was looking for a Banana bread with no oil or butter. This recipe is awesome. I made it without the frosting and it has now become my top Banana bread recipe. My family loves Banana bread so I try to make it frequently. Now I can feel I am giving them a bread that is better for them and taste great. Thanks

This was a moist delicious surprise. I used half brown sugar and added a cinnamon-walnut streusel topping, fantastic!
