ICE CREAM DESSERT 
1 stick of butter
1/2 c. liquid brown sugar
1 c. coconut
2 1/2 crushed Rice Chex
1/2 gal. ice cream (softened)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix first 5 ingredients; saving 1/4 to sprinkle on top of ice cream. Pat mixture in 9x13 cake pan. Spread on softened ice cream. Sprinkle on the 1/4 topping.
