MEXICAN TORTILLA BAKE 
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. salsa
8 flour tortillas
Cooked meat from 2 chicken breasts and cut into bite size pieces
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. red or green pepper
1 c. cheddar cheese

Mix soup and salsa together in flat size bowl; lightly dip each side of tortilla into soup mixture, put tortilla into round casserole dish or 8 x 8 pan. Sprinkle parts of chicken, onions, pepper, and cheese on top of tortilla; continue layering with tortillas dipped in soup mixture; then sprinkling with remaining ingredients. Pour any remaining soup mixture on top; end with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

VARIATIONS: Use chili instead of chicken breast meat.

Serve with additional salsa, sour cream with lettuce on the side. DELICIOUS!
