WHERE'S THE FAT CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa powder
4 tsp. cornstarch
2/3 c. evaporated skim milk

In a saucepan mix the above ingredients. Cook over medium heat until sauce is thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Makes 1 cup sauce. Sauce can be refrigerated and reheated to be used.
