CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. processed cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. apple juice

SAUCE OR FROSTING:

2 c. yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
Fruit garnish

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan.

With electric mixer, beat eggs, add vanilla, and then mix in remaining wet ingredients. Stir in sifted dry ingredients. Bake for about 30 minutes. Cool. Mix yogurt, vanilla, and frost or serve as a sauce.
