FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 med. can fruit cocktail
2 beaten eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together sugar, flour, fruit cocktail (include juices), and beaten eggs. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Take cake from oven. Run knife around edges. Pour sauce on cake while both are still warm.

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Carnation evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil sugar, milk, and butter for 3 minutes. Add pecans, coconut, and vanilla.
