HOMINY CASSEROLE 
2 cans hominy
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Velveeta cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies, cut up
1 lb. or more hamburger, browned

Drain hominy and tomatoes. Heat soup and amount of cheese desired until cheese melts. Add hominy, tomatoes and meat. Top with crushed Fritos. Heat at 350 degrees until bubbly.
