SAUSAGE, PEACH BREAKFAST BAKE | |
8 oz. Brown & Serve sausage 2 c. pancake mix 16 oz. can peaches (sliced) 3/4 c. maple syrup 1/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tbsp. butter Prepare pancake mix according to directions limiting liquid to 1 cup. Put in greased 9x13 pan. Drain peaches; reserve 1/2 cup syrup. Cut sausages lengthwise and lay on top of batter. Arrange peaches on top of sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Peach Syrup: Bring sugar, cornstarch and peach syrup to a boil. Stir in butter and maple syrup. |
