1/2 lb. sausage
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. dry onion
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
1/2 to 3/4 c. grated cheese

Brown sausage and put in bottom of pie pan. Beat eggs and milk together. Add onion, butter, salt and pepper. Pour on top of sausage. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
