BREAKFAST SAUSAGE & CHEESE BAKE 
1 pkg. bread cubes
2 lbs. sausage
2 1/2 c. milk
1 lg. can mushrooms
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated

Brown sausage, onions and mushrooms together. In a 9x13" pan, place a layer of bread cubes, layer of cheese, all of sausage mixture, another layer of cheese and a final layer of bread cubes. Combine 2 cups milk, eggs, mustard and salt. Pour over layers. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking, mix 1/2 cup milk and mushroom soup and pour over casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheese and let cool 10 minutes before serving.
