IRISH BEEF PIE 
PIE CRUST: (For 2 crust pie)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
8 tbsp. shortening
4 tbsp. butter

Blend shortening and butter, chill. Cut into the flour and salt mixture. Add 1/2 cup ice water. Mix and chill. Roll out onto floured plastic wrap.

Cut round steak into thinly sliced bite-sized pieces. Brown in 2 tablespoon butter; add chopped onion. Cut 4 to 5 potatoes into chunks. Microwave potatoes 10 minutes. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper, 1 cup of gravy. (May use canned gravy mix or packaged gravy mix.) Pour all ingredients into bottom pie crust, add top crust. Seal edges, cut vents in top crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
