IRISH BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. beef stew cubes
3 to 4 carrots
3 raw potatoes
1 c. celery
1 med. onion
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 tbsp. tapioca
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tbsp. garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste

Chop up vegetables and tomatoes. Mix all ingredients together in a crock pot. Cook on high for 6 to 8 hours. Can bake in oven at 250 degrees for 6 to 7 hours.
