CARROT BARS 
4 eggs, beaten thick
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
3 sm. jars of strained babyfood carrots

Mix above ingredients well adding carrots last. Fill two 9 x 13 pans or one jelly roll pan and one 7 x 11 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

4 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together until creamy. Spread over bars.
