CARROT BARS 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 sm. jars carrot baby food

Mix together until well blended (2-3 minutes). Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pans or 1 jelly roll pan. (I put it into one 9 x 13 inch pan, it will be the thickness of a cake rather than a bar.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (toothpick inserted in center comes out clean). Frost with cream cheese frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
4 tbsp. soft butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. powdered sugar

Mix together until it is of spreading consistency.
