PINEAPPLE OR FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 (#303) can fruit cocktail or crushed pineapple
2 eggs, whole
1 c. sugar

Mix ingredients with spoon, (can be mixed directly in baking pan). Pour into 13 x 9 inch rectangular pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar over cake batter and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

While cake is baking, mix: 1/2 c. evaporated milk (sm. can) 1 tsp. vanilla 1 stick butter 1/2 c. nuts 1 c. coconut

Boil 1 minute. Poke holes in top of hot cake with large fork. Pour mixture over cake while hot.
