CHICKEN & CASHEWS 
2 lg. chicken breasts
1 red pepper
1 1/3 tbsp. soy sauce
Egg white
1 tsp. cooking wine
1/4 tsp. MSG
1 tsp. sesame
3 oz. cashews
1 tsp. cooking wine
1 1/3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. cornstarch

Debone chicken and beat to soften. Dice chicken and add 1 teaspoon wine, 1 1/3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 1/3 tablespoons cornstarch and egg white. Let set. In a bowl add rest of the soy sauce, wine, cornstarch and other ingredients, except for nuts. Boil cashews for about 3 minutes. Fry nuts and red pepper, increase until nuts are brown. Remove from pan and pour off some of the grease. Fry chicken for about 2 minutes. Add other ingredients. Turn off heat and mix.
