PETITE CHEESE CAKES | |
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 2 eggs 3/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring 1 can cherry pie filling Vanilla wafers Put paper baking cups in muffin pans. Put 1 vanilla wafer in each cup. Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla flavoring. Stir until light and fluffy. Pour cheese mixture on top of vanilla wafer in baking cups, filling about 2/3 full. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. When ready to serve, top each with a teaspoon of the cherry pie filling. Keep refrigerated. Serves 12 to 18. |
