CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked diced chicken
1 box MJB chicken herb rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup (do not dilute)
1 c. diced celery
1 green pepper, diced
1 med. onion, diced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts

Cook rice and add the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees until done (about 1 hour). Cover with crushed potato chips during last 10 minutes of baking.
