GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 can (4 oz.) drained mushrooms
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup

Cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Add flour, salt, paprika and mushrooms. Thoroughly blend in soup and cook 6 minutes. Stir once halfway through cooking time. Add sour cream and stir. Cook 2 1/2 minutes longer. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
