FROZEN CRANBERRY SALAD
(Delicious!)
 
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional

Mix pineapple, cranberry sauce, lemon juice, nuts (if used) and Eagle Brand. Very gently stir or fold in Cool Whip. (Some white streaks are attractive.)

Pour into 2 small (1 quart) molds or 1 large. Cover with saran wrap. Freeze. Soften in refrigerator before serving. Slice and serve on lettuce. Keeps for weeks.
