POT LUCK BLACK-EYED PEAS 
1/4 lb. bacon, diced
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. chopped onions
2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
2 (1 lb.) cans black-eyed peas

Saute bacon with celery, green pepper and onions. Add tomatoes and peas. Simmer 1 hour. Serve. Use 1 can Rotel tomatoes for spice, if desired.
