CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen potatoes
1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1/2 c. butter, sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Allow potatoes to partially thaw. In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes with remaining ingredients; mix well, then spread in lightly buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

Bake 90 minutes. Serve hot.
