TURKEY WALNUT SALAD 
4-5 c. cooked breast or turkey, cooked, cooled & cubed
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. canned chunk pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1/2 c. canned mandarin oranges

DRESSING:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. dairy sour cream
1-2 tsp. poppy seeds
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Use reserved pineapple juice, just enough so not too thin. Mix turkey, celery, onion, walnuts and dressing; add pineapple and oranges last and chill. Serve on lettuce leaf. Serves 6.
