UPSIDE-DOWN PIZZA 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. Italian sausage
1 sm. chopped onion
15 1/2 oz. pizza sauce
Pepperoni, mushrooms, Mozzarella cheese, olives, etc.

TOPPING:

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. flour

Brown ground beef, sausage, onion. Drain. Add pizza sauce. Mix well. Put in 9x13 inch pan. Top with as much pepperoni, mushrooms, olives or whatever pizza toppings you like. Sprinkle Mozzarella on top.

Mix topping ingredients well. Pour over Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
