CRANBERRY JELLO 
3 sm. pkgs. cherry Jello
3 c. hot water
2 1/4 c. cold water
1 pkg. frozen cranberry relish
2 or 3 diced apples
1 can mandarin oranges (drained)

Dissolve Jello in hot or boiling water. Stir and add cold water. When partially set add apples and oranges. Add frozen relish after cold water. Helps to set up quicker.
