SUMMER FRUIT YOGURT KUCHEN 
In food processor combine:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla

3 c. fruit of choice

TOPPING:

2 c. plain yogurt
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Process crust in processor until well mixed. Press into greased 9 inch springform pan. Sprinkle with 3 cups fruit.

Mix together topping, then pour over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees or until set.

Juicy summer fruits such as raspberries, blackberries and peaches are very good. Can use flavored yogurt but cut back on sugar. (Peaches - use peach yogurt.)
