FRESH PEACH SHORTCAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip 2-3 c. fresh peaches, sliced and sugared Bake cake mix as directed and place in freezer to cool. (This makes it easier to cut cake in half). After slicing cake in half fill center with Cool Whip and replace top layer. Using a straw puncture holes in top of cake (about 20-30). Pour peaches over the top of cake and serve. |
