GRANOLA BARS | |
3 1/2 c. quick oats 1 c. raisins 1 c. chopped nuts 2/3 c. melted butter 1/3 c. honey, corn syrup or molasses 1/2 c. light brown sugar 1 egg, beaten 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt Toast oats in shallow ungreased pan at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Combine oats with other ingredients; mix well. Press firmly into well greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cut into bars when cool. |
